# Entry Pathways

There is no single route into broking at Redrock. Some people arrive as a career change with no lending background at all. Others already run an accounting practice, financial planning firm or real estate agency and are tired of referring finance work away for a token fee. A third group wants a branded business of their own under the Specialist model, with a local presence. This section maps those three pathways, what each expects of you at the start, and how onboarding differs between them.
