# Broking Franchise

The franchise route is the one pathway at Redrock that comes with a branded local presence rather than a business under your own name. It runs on the **Specialist model** — an 80/80 split — trading a share of commission for brand, a defined area and a more structured support arrangement.

Redrock's own identity is an independent aggregator; Specialist is the single franchise model within the range, and every other model is independent. Red Rock Group Franchising Pty Ltd is the franchisor, the Franchising Code of Conduct applies with a disclosure document and cooling-off protections, and the minimum term is two years with a franchise term of up to five.

It tends to suit people who want to build a recognisable local business with a name behind it, rather than build their own brand from nothing.
